CROP Hunger Walk 2026

For over 40 years, our community has rallied together to fight hunger, and this year, the Board of Outreach is calling on you again! Mark your calendars for October 11th at 1 PM. We’ll meet in the Church parking lot, ready to make the three mile annual CROP Hunger Walk loop. BUT . . . this isn’t just a walk; it’s a powerful stride towards a more just and compassionate world.

The CROP Hunger Walk is a vital fundraiser for Church World Service, one of the largest and most effective Christian-based relief agencies globally. While rooted in faith, CWS serves all people in need, providing critical food, clean water, and sustainable development programs both locally and across the globe. Every step you take, and every dollar you raise, directly contributes to tangible change. For instance, funds from CROP Hunger Walks empower communities with resources like seeds and tools, clean water systems, and training that helps families build resilient livelihoods.

In a world where the need for sustenance and dignity persists, our collective participation is more than just an event. It’s a living expression of our shared humanity and our active engagement in the ongoing work of justice – a commitment to nourish and sustain all life. It’s how we, together, respond to the call to mend what is broken.
