Article III. Presentation, discussion, and action on the FY 2022 budget proposal.

Article IV. Presentation, discussion, and action on the proposed slate of board members and officers for the year 2022.

Article V. Presentation, discussion, and action on the Trustees recommendation to distribute any investment gain in 2021.
