On October 28, ten 8 – 12 graders gathered for pizza conversation at Zachary’s Pizza. Cindy Senning and Peter Plagge met with the group and encouraged conversation about whether and how often they wanted to get together and if they might want to go on some kind of a service trip in the near future. All agreed that it was fun to get together again and to keep on meeting, about once a month if schedule permits.
And so Cindy and Peter have agreed to facilitate that for the time being. We would love it if one or two of the parents think about taking on the group. Our next meeting will be on December 2, following worship. Our tentative plan was to watch a movie together. One idea that had some traction was the Ruth Bader Ginsburg film called RBG.
We look forward to gathering again in December!
