On display now in our sanctuary is a new work by Kelley Taft of Duxbury called “Bridging Contrast.” It is on display October 15 through November 30. The exhibit features 30 mixed media and assemblage pieces that combine a strong visual element of contrast with possibilities for bridging the contrast that exists within the self, within relationships, and in the world.
Viewers are invited to share their own stories and reflections on the question the art explores: “How do we bridge contrast?” in a designated area of the exhibit. Community engagement is welcome and encouraged!
Opening Reception Sunday October 22 at 11:15 am. All are welcome.
*The church will be open Tuesday through Friday from 8 am – 4 pm for self-guided viewing. Enter through the side door and go up the stairs and then back toward the front of the building. Follow the signs!
Kelley Taft engages with the beauty and the questions in life as a Life Coach and through art and photography. She can be reached at therippleeffectvt@gmail.com.
